OPUS are contracted to provide planned and reactive service and maintenance to HVAC systems at a London Airport. Working closely with the site Facilities Management department we carry out maintenance to an agreed asset list throughout the site.
The equipment covered under this contract includes DX air conditioning systems, air cooled water chillers, over door air curtains, dehumidifying plant and boilers. Our work includes routine maintenance tasks as well as one off deep cleans and ‘end of lifecycle’ system replacements.
Strict security and site discipline measures are adhered to at all times and our staff are required to pass rigorous security checks in order to work in all areas of the airport. Health and Safety is of paramount importance to OPUS and our client and is constantly reviewed to ensure the best possible practice is followed at all times.
Our aim is to continue to be the first point of call for our client and we provide an out of hours emergency call out facility as part of our agreement.
